If you have a concern about a device or a payment, contact AAM Store so we can review your order and discuss the next steps.

What to include

Your order number and the email used to place the order.
The device and configuration you purchased.
A description of the issue, with photos where helpful.
Your payment reference for a payment enquiry. Do not send card details or your password.

Contact support to confirm the arrangements before sending a device back. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm that a refund has been processed.
